Celebrating 25 Years of World Heart Day
GRACE joins the World Heart Federation’s #DontMissABeat campaign, reinforcing the importance of prevention and innovation to strengthen cardiovascular care across Europe.
Every heartbeat matter: celebrating 25 Years of World Heart Day
Each year, cardiovascular disease (CVD) claims millions of lives worldwide, remaining the leading cause of death and one of the greatest challenges facing global health systems. Despite major advances in prevention and treatment, many people continue to live with undiagnosed or poorly managed heart conditions — a reality that highlights the urgent need for awareness, collaboration, and innovation.
In 2025, the World Heart Federation celebrates the 25th anniversary of World Heart Day, under the inspiring theme #DontMissABeat. The campaign reminds us that every heartbeat counts and encourages individuals, professionals, and organisations to take action — from adopting healthy habits to improving detection and care pathways for cardiovascular diseases.
At GRACE, we are proud to join this global movement since our mission aligns perfectly with the spirit of World Heart Day: promoting early detection, prevention, and access to high-quality care.
By uniting public institutions, industry leaders, and patient organisations, GRACE is helping to reshape how Europe addresses cardiovascular health — ensuring that no heartbeat goes unnoticed.
